EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. The beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250mg EPA and DHA, or 250mg DHA, as applicable.

DHA and EPA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels with a daily intake of 2g EPA and DHA, and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure with a daily intake of 3g EPA and DHA.

Recommended use: take 1, 4 or 5 capsules per day, depending on the authorised beneficial effect you wish to obtain. Take with water, preferably with meals and spaced throughout the day, following the UK product label.
