Herbalife Beta heart® – Vanilla is an oat beta-glucan powdered mix with a high-fibre formula and a source of protein.

Oat beta-glucan has been shown to lower blood cholesterol. High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease. Beta-glucans contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of oat beta-glucan.

Directions: gently shake the container before use. Mix one or two scoops with water or fruit juice, or add to a Formula 1 shake once per day, following the directions shown on the UK product label.
